I would like to thank each one of you for supporting Anastazia Skincare by purchasing services and products. You are the core of me staying in business!🙏🏻💖
For those of you that don’t know me, or this is the first time you are booking an appointment with me, my name is Sohayla Noorzad. I have been doing skincare since 1984 as a counter manager for many cosmetic lines such as;
Lancôme, Christian Dior, Chanel,
Erin Lazlo, Borghese, Shiseido, Alexander De Markoff, Elizabeth Arden, Estée Lauder and as a licensed Esthetician ( Facialist ) since 1997!
I specialize in skincare, facials, waxes, threads, and brow and lash tints.
The following are Anastazia Skincare’s policies:
GRATUITY:
Tips are welcome and very much appreciated! No gratuity is added to my services aside from the full face wax
BUSINESS HOURS:
Monday- Closed
Tuesday- 11:00am- 6:30pm
Wednesday- 11:00am- 6:30pm
Thursday- 11:00am-6:30pm
Friday- Closed
Saturday- 11:00am- 6:30pm (Open twice a month)
Sunday- Closed

APPOINTMENTS:
Since I only work 28 hrs a week, due to my health condition, I ask that you please take this into consideration and when it comes to booking your appointments:
The first appointment of the day should start @11:00am and the next appointment @12:30pm
This is to assure that I can accommodate more people during these hours. If I see appointments not complying to those times I will ask you kindly to make a change to a correct time or I will do it for you.
I truly appreciate your understanding.
TIME OF YOUR FACIAL:
The time of your service is from the time of arrival to the time of departure. Please arrive five to ten minutes early for your appointment so you can use the restroom, remove your waterproof mascara and remove your jewelry and put them in your purse/in your possession. If you come late for your service, you only shorten the time of your facial and I can’t go past the given time as I have clients coming for their service after you.
Your service can’t be changed as I have already prepared towels, products and the time for that facial!
There will be no price reduction.
VERY IMPORTANT:
You have to be dressed and have paid for your service within your established time. Otherwise, if you stay past that time, you will be charged an additional fee of $1.50 per minute.
BLOCK TIME:
There is a 30 minute time blocked between each service that you are not getting charged so I can get the room sanitized and disinfected, put new sheets and towels, start the laundry, and get the room ready for the next client.
JEWELRY:
There are few reasons why you can’t have jewelry when you come for your facial. Please remove all jewelry before coming in and please do not put it back while you are in the room.
1- Certain equipment can shock you!
2- It can and will damage my equipment
3- Time is of the essence. It takes time to remove and put your jewelry back on.
4- I can not be responsible for lost jewelry
MAKEUP:
Please DO NOT, wear waterproof mascara.
If you are, please remove it before coming for your facial.
REFERRAL REWARDS:
When you refer a friend for a facial, you will receive a wonderful FREE IMAGE Skincare I Beauty refreshing facial wipe to help cleanse your skin and remove makeup on your next facial service of $90 or more.
PAYMENTS:
Starting January 1st, I will accept credit cards (except American Express) for all Facial services. Credit card payments will not be accepted for Threading, Waxing, and Tinting services.
For all non-Facial services, I accept cash, check, Venmo, Zelle.
If you are writing a check or checks, please make sure to put:
Anastazia Skincare, correct date, correct amount and sign before coming for your service.
I normally offer a 20% discount on all of my products, but if you choose to pay with a credit card, I will offer a 15% discount instead.
VENMO:
Please make your payment on the day of your service and before coming into the Salon 620 as the WIFI is very slow and sometimes it doesn’t work and it will take too much time for you to pay. Also, please DO NOT put in the note area facial, wax, thread, tint, products. Venmo will charge a fee! Please only put:
Lunch, thanks, flowers, or happy Emoji.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
I have a 48 hr. cancellation policy. When you book your appointment online you will see it and when I send you a text it will remind you.
If you CANCEL or DON’T SHOW UP or show up for less than the time allowed, you will be fully charged for that appointment.
There are two email reminders that are coming automatically from the website.
One five days before your appointment and the second is two days before your appointment. It will give you plenty of time to make changes to your appointment. Either to cancel or reschedule.
If you keep going online and booking appointments and keep canceling or you don’t cancel and do not let me know to cancel you, you will be blocked from booking appointments after the third try online as I only work 27 hrs. a week and it is too much time taken away from my working hours.
I also send individual texts to you on Saturday, Sunday, or Monday to confirm. The 48 hrs. cancellation policy is mentioned there. It is very important that you confirm that you recieved the text. If I don’t hear back from you, I will send a second text. And if I don’t hear back from you, I will try to call you. If all that fails, I will simply delete your appointment.
I ask that you please be considerate of my time and those that want to come for services.

I ask that everyone please send text or call if you like to book an appointment or you have any questions regarding any of services or other issues and avoid sending Facebook messages, messenger texts, and emails. I am only one person and I can’t answer and check all of these sites
PRODUCT ORDERS:
At Anastazia Skincare, all products both backbar and retail are natural and some are organic.
There is no animal cruelty,
No chemicals, no dyes and no fragrance.
You receive a 20% discount on all the products and there is no fee for shipping and handling.
All orders have to be paid in advance prior to ordering on the 10th of each month.
Rhonda Allison’s minimum for orders is $600
Image skincare minimum for orders is $300
In order not to charge a shipping and handling fee, all orders have to be paid between 5th and 7th of each month
